Most houses we paint get power washed first, because paint will not bond to chalked, dirty or mildewed siding no matter how good the product is. We also do washing as a standalone job when the house does not need painting yet.

Can I book power washing without painting?
Yes. It is available as a standalone service.
Will pressure washing damage my siding or deck?
Not when the pressure and technique are matched to the surface. Wood, vinyl and masonry each get treated differently.
Do you wash before staining a deck?
Yes. Cleaning and prep come before any stain goes down.
