Paint does not fix wood. We do that first.

A lot of what looks like a paint problem is really a wood or moisture problem. Because we do the carpentry ourselves, we can find it at the estimate, price it up front, and fix it in the same visit instead of sending you off to find a second contractor.

That covers rotted trim and siding, missing shingles, molding installation, and sheetrock and water-damage repair from the insulation outward.

Do you change out rotted wood and replace shingles?

Yes. We change out rotted wood, and for smaller repairs we can patch and sand it smoothly.

Do you install new molding?

Yes. All types of molding are installed, and samples are provided to choose from.

Can you do sheetrock patch and water damage repair?

Yes. We cut out sheetrock to remove all wet insulation, spray for mold, install new insulation and close up the opening with new sheetrock. Taped, spackled, primed and painted, it will be invisible.

Do you caulk before painting?

Yes. Proper caulking before painting is part of the job, not a step we skip to save time.

Do you do background checks on employees?

Yes. All employees are vigorously vetted and have multiple references. Most employees have worked with us for 15 years.
